Account Manager - Telecommunication

Account Manager for a global telecommunications leader, you’ll play a pivotal role in building strategic partnerships and driving business growth. You will promote advanced technology solutions, collaborate with diverse teams, and ensure seamless project execution.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and close new business opportunities with major telecom operators.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring long-term client satisfaction.
  • Present and promote the full range of products and solutions, tailoring proposals to meet customer needs.
  • Oversee all account activities, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within scope.
  • Analyze market trends and customer data to identify growth opportunities and guide strategy.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including product management and engineering, to meet customer demands and deliver exceptional results.
  • Drive the achievement of financial targets and account KPIs through effective account management.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Economics, Telecommunications, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 3 years of sales or account management experience within the telecommunications industry.
  • Proven success in developing new business and fostering long-term relationships with key accounts.
  • Fluent in French and English, with excellent communication skills in both languages.


Skills:

  • Strong ability to collaborate across departments, including product management, engineering, and marketing.
  • Demonstrated ability to identify and capitalize on business opportunities with innovative technology.
  • Ability to develop competitive strategies and effectively present solutions to clients.
