We value in-person collaboration but also the flexibility and benefits of hybrid home working. Across our offices, we operate hybrid working models with at least a proportion of the working week based as remote home working.

Our training philosophy centers around three simple words “why, try, revise”. This process and approach is a mixture of classroom and at-the-desk training ensuring content stays fresh in the learner's mindset and avoids content landing on the “learning scrap heap”. It enables you to grow in confidence by putting into practice the key skills of the role, all carried out under the guidance and support of your designated work buddy or Manager. Our training is a constant narrative that reflects how quickly the recruitment industry operates, this also plays well for the one-to-one coaching which covers a multitude of areas focussed around individuals' desire to improve their “soft skills” should they wish.

Having started as a telecommunications recruitment agency based in the UK, First Point Group evolved to become a specialist in telecommunications, data centre, technology, energy & renewables recruitment with a network of 11 global offices. Our multilingual staff speak 20 different languages and work across over 180 countries worldwide: giving us a truly global reach.
If you apply to work for us and we'd like to interview you, the typical application process is (when possible) an in-person interview with your potential line manager, followed by a second stage interview with members of the senior leadership team. That's it! We don't like to keep people waiting so we try to make the process as streamlined and quick as possible.
