As  Head of Marketing at First Point Group, I oversee all marketing activities, whether it's global corporate campaigns to more localised office specific campaigns. With 18 years’ marketing experience, the last decade  of which have been in the recruitment industry, I enjoy helping recruitment companies understand the benefit that marketing can bring to their brand and ultimately revenue. I lead the marketing function, from planning through to execution. Whether it’s social media, outbound email campaigns, website management, events or creating client/candidate campaigns, our team looks after everything related to the branding of First Point Group.

How I ensure marketing makes a difference at First Point Group

I love the changing nature of marketing. From traditionally being perceived as the ‘colouring in department’ to now utilising the plethora of data available to create finely-tuned campaigns, marketing is an integral part of any recruitment business. Through utilising technology, analysis and reporting, I created a process from scratch that clearly demonstrates at Board level the value marketing brings, whether that be  tangible metrics (financial ROI) or intangible metrics (brand awareness).
