Since joining First Point Group in 2021, I have lead the marketing function with a focus on driving global brand awareness, launching First Point Group into new industries through localised campaigns, and demonstrating marketing's ROI. With 19 years of marketing experience, including 12 years within the recruitment industry, I am passionate about demonstrating the tangible and intangible benefits that marketing brings to First Point Group.

My role encompasses a wide range of activities, from company branding and social media to outbound email campaigns, website management, events, and client/candidate campaigns. My team and I ensure that every aspect of First Point Group's branding is meticulously planned and executed.

I thrive on the dynamic nature of marketing, transitioning from traditional methods to leveraging AI and data for finely-tuned campaigns. By utilising technology, analysis, and reporting, I have developed a process that clearly showcases the value of marketing at Board level, whether through financial ROI or enhanced brand awareness. I have a genuine passion for marketing and have featured in several marketing podcasts, such as The Recruitment Marketing Podcast, The Lonely Marketers, and Roehampton University's Alumni Series.

Professional Development

I have been a qualified member of the Chartered Institute of Marketing (MCIM) since 2010 and in 2025 was awarded Chartered Marketer status by the Institute, reflecting my commitment to professional excellence and continuous development (chartered marketers directory). I am currently in the process of becoming a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Marketing (FCIM) - the status awarded to the most experienced marketers in the United Kingdom. I aim to achieve this in 2027.
