I joined First Point Group in 2025 as a Contract Account Manager, placing telecommunications professionals into contract roles for major telcos. Having spent 13 years at Ericsson working as a Site Development Manager/Site Acquisition Lead, and more recently NB&O Manager.
I have experience in placing Construction Managers, Inbuilding CMs, Implementation Managers, Site Acquisition Managers, Field Technicians, and Data Center Technicians. Having spent most of my career in the telecommunications industry, I am particularly passionate about continuing to focus on this sector. I find great satisfaction in connecting with people and building strong relationships. One of the most rewarding aspects of my work is matching talented candidates with the right hiring managers and supporting them throughout the hiring process. Throughout my career, I have honed my skills as a mentor and career development advocate. I enjoy watching other succeed.
