My journey in telecoms and technology recruitment began in 1998, navigating an industry where GSM was the next big thing, and CVs were sent via fax machines. Since co-founding First Point Group with David Taylor in 2004, I've witnessed an incredible transformation in how technology connects the world and how recruitment tools have evolved alongside it. But the core skills that drive success in recruitment remain timeless: building trust, fostering relationships, and delivering results.

Having moved from London to Dallas and back, I’m proud to lead a global business with a network of offices spanning Asia, the Americas, and beyond. Our work never stops- 24 hours a day, 7 days a week - keeping pace with the dynamic telecoms, tech, data center, and renewable sectors we serve.

In between work, I try to stay fit by boxing and going to the gym. Family life keeps me busy at the weekend with children, dogs, and horses.
