I joined as an Account Executive in 2021 with no recruitment experience. Through hard work, determination and help from my colleagues, I am delighted to have progressed into an Account Manager and a successful biller. My time at First Point Group has been very productive and I am keen to continue my growth and utilise the support offered to me in the workplace.
I have been at FPG for over a decade years and during this journey, I have worked in many roles. I started as an Account Executive and am now a Senior Account Director. My exposure to multiple roles within First Point Group, has given me a detailed understanding of the business and its needs. I work in both Contract and Permanent roles. I love my job because of the people I work with around the world and for being a part of someone's new career journey.
Since I started in February 2022, it really has been a whirlwind of learning and developing into a successful 360 recruiter! The tools provided ensures that I have all of my armour available to approach clients and candidates in the most productive way. Having clearly defined processes to stick too has built my confidence helped me to achieve my goals! The team of professionals that surround me on a daily basis have made it possible for me to become the recruiter I am today.
When I joined in 2021, David and Alistair provided me with the resources, platform and responsibility to make impactful changes to the marketing function - which has been very rewarding. David and Alistair, have given me insights and mentoring on the commercial aspects of the business allowing me to formulate strategic marketing campaigns that impact the bottom line. Work aside, I enjoy being part of a global team where everyone is genuinely helpful and wants to succeed.
