'People buy from people'
We place great importance on treating our people with respect, ensuring that our culture and working environment encourages personal and professional support. Your individuality is welcomed, collectively it's what makes us as a business unique. Our clients and candidates love that they liaise with real people, not 'CV / Resume pushers'. Whether you’re starting out on your career journey or already a seasoned professional we will support you with:
Your Mental Health & Well-being
We understand life has its up’s and down’s, recent times has certainly taught us that. Your health and well-being really is important to us and a big part of your career journey at First Point Group. With a Qualified Mental Health First Aider available to all employees and regular one-to-one welfare meetings as part of your onboarding programme (and beyond, should you want it), we are equipped to support you as best we can in this exciting journey.
You'll be offered a one month 'sabbatical break' after 3 continued years of service to spend time on the most important thing...you.
Your Learning & Development
Personal development and ensuring employees have the support and tools to do the job to the best of their ability is critical. We want to empower you from day one.
Our hybrid approach incorporates both internal & external training with subject matter experts, and continual learning to ensure your skills are kept relevant and up-to-date. Employees across the globe also have access to a series of comprehensive training programs 24 hours a day, 7 days a week!
Training and Coaching
“Practice makes perfect”
Our training philosophy centers around three simple words “why, try, revise”. This process and approach is a mixture of classroom and at-the-desk training ensuring content stays fresh in the learner's mindset and avoids content landing on the “learning scrap heap”. It enables you to grow in confidence by putting into practice the key skills of the role, all carried out under the guidance and support of your designated work buddy or Manager. Our training is a constant narrative that reflects how quickly the recruitment industry operates, this also plays well for the one-to-one coaching which covers a multitude of areas focussed around individuals' desire to improve their “soft skills” should they wish.
We like to think we are real, no one is ever the finished article and our belief is enhancing your skillset with skills you can use throughout your career.
Employee Benefits
Our EVP is important to us in ensuring that every employee reaps their benefits and feels valued. We offer a generous compensation package. Excellent commission, competitive salaries in all locations, salary and job title progression, and no threshold to start earning a commission. Amongst this we also offer flexible working to all employees, yearly incentive trips a month paid sabbatical every three years and location dependent benefits. Each regional office has their own local benefits. For example, the London office offers complimentary breakfast and healthy snacks throughout the day (and sugary treats too for when you need that afternoon sugar hit).
Our Culture
Our culture is visible the moment you walk through the doors and meet our people. We don’t feel the need for (nor do we like) big ego’s. We love confident employees but not egotistical ones. Respect is our biggest value which sits at the core of business, it drives every action we make and is demonstrated across our relationships with our clients, candidate and colleagues. We actively encourage organic growth and promotions across our offices. This is reflected by our 4.3 years average tenure and employees who relocate to other global offices achieving great success.

That's it! We don't like to keep people waiting so we try to make the process as streamlined and quick as possible.
